For the first time in almost 5 years since we launched ViDrate, we will soon be increasing the pricing on a very small number of our products from November 30th, 2023.

As you may be aware, price increases have been common across all products and brands over the last 18 months. We have done our best to hold off any form of increases for as long as possible, but we are now facing significant increases in our own costs, including multiple price increases from Royal Mail over the last 12 months (with more imminent), as well as increases in the cost of our ingredients, sachets, packaging, and warehousing.

We are very pleased to inform you that we will be able to keep the cost of the 20 and 90, pack subscriptions the same at present. The only increases incoming will be on the 8, 30, 60, 120 and 150 sachet subscription packs. We have done our best to keep price increases to a minimum with the price of a sachet increasing by only 1-3p.

We have also invested in and have already started rolling out a fully tracked delivery service, as standard on ALL parcel orders which will include full tracking, proof of delivery options to reschedule/deliver to a chosen location and full insurance at no extra cost to our customers.

We will be sending a detailed breakdown of the exact increase per sachet on the 28/11/23, we will also detail in this email our ‘top tips’ on getting the best value for your subscription, including our advice on order size and frequency to save you time and money. We will also offer each of our customers a free call back if requested to talk through your subscription and help to ensure you are on the most suitable package for your requirements.

We hope that the increases mentioned above are the only ones we have to introduce and have worked our hardest to minimize these price increases. We massively appreciate your understanding and support as our loyal community.
