Harry Judd

Harry is one of the four member that make up one of Britain's most successful band McFly. In 2011 he went on to win BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. When not working he enjoys playing sport and being with his wife and 2 kids. Harry regularly discusses the importance of mental health, a balanced diet and looking after your body as best as we can but appreciates it is not always as easy as we hoped due to the busy lives we live.


Kenton Cool

Kenton Cool is one of the finest alpine climbers of this generation. He has summited Everest 15 times and many other peaks around the globe. He is the first person in history to climb the three Everest peaks, the so-called Triple Crown, in one climb, a feat previously thought impossible
He was nominated for the prestigious Piolet d'Or in 2004 (the Oscars of mountaineering) for climbing a previously unclimbed route on Annapurna III.
He is the only Briton to have skied down two 8,000m mountains. Kenton is a published author, global speaker on leadership, motivation and adversity. He receives regular media attention across all platforms around the world.

James Morehen ViDrate

James Morehen
James is currently working with international professional football players across both the mens and women's pathways as a Performance Nutritionist.
He holds a BSc Sport and Exercise Science, an MSc in Sports Physiology and is currently finishing his PhD Thesis in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology all from Liverpool John Moore’s University.
He also works with professional boxers helping them stay healthy and make weight safely for fight night, in particular, Rocky Fielding the current British, Commonwealth and recently the WBA Regular World Champion.
James also recently picked up 2nd place in the Gatorade Sports Science Institute award for his final PhD study at the European College of Sports Science Congress.
