Step 2: We Pick, Pack & Ship with TLC
Our in-house team aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Officially, our delivery window is 3–5 working days, but truth be told, it’s often quicker.
Keep an eye out for your handwritten note tucked inside—because we put genuine TLC into every single order. This personal touch is something our co-founders, Nick & Rob, have made a priority since day one!

Step 3: Sip, Enjoy & Find Your Favourites

2) Enter your email and password to log in. (Pro tip: This is the same email you used when signing up for your Vidrate subscription.)
3) Once logged in, you’re officially in your customer portal—your hub for all things Vidrate!

2) Make your changes and hit “Save”.
3) Keeping your info up to date ensures we can always deliver your hydration fix on time!

1) Go to “Manage Subscription”. Here you can:
- Swap flavours – try something new or mix it up for the week!
- Change bundle size – perfect for when you want more or fewer sachets.
- Pause or skip a delivery – because sometimes life happens.
2) Click “Update” to save your changes, and your next box will reflect your updates.

- Within “Manage Subscription”, select “Edit Address”.
- Type in your new address, double-check it, and click “Save”.
- Voila! Your hydration will arrive exactly where you want it.
