In short - yes, we have many customers who are pregnant who use Vidrate to help get their daily hydration. For all our hydration products Vidrate is suitable to be consumed by pregnant or breast feeding women. If you are pregnant or known to have blood pressure issues please do consult a doctor first before consuming and in general, if unsure, it is better to consult the midwife/health care professional for advice before consuming as it depends on a case to case basis.

All Vidrate sachets contain zero sugar and only approx 6-7 calories per sachet/serving so there is no limitation.

On average, an adult should be drinking approximately 2 litres of water a day, and on average a child aged 3-16 should be drinking approximately 1.2 litres amount of water a day.

Vidrate is a zero sugar product, containing just 0.2-0.5g per sachet depending on the flavour of choice (legislation states that a zero sugar classification applies to products containing less than 0.5g per 100g)

Yes you can. We do recommend with Night Time you consult your GP beforehand as Vidrate may not be suitable for use with some anti-depressants.
