UK Citizens: We have two delivery options available - Standard Delivery & Express Delivery. There is also a free delivery service for orders over £30. Every order is sent to you directly by ViDrate from our HQ in West Yorkshire, UK.

Standard UK Delivery - 3-5 Working Days
Express UK Delivery - 1-2 Working Days

EU Citizens: If you are a citizen of an EU member state please note as of 1 July 2021 any products issued or sold from www.vidrate.co.uk will be delivered duty unpaid. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer in the EU member state to pay the duty, not ViDrate.

International Orders (non UK) take between 7-10 working days.
